Eligibility

Admission is open for all classes from Playgroup to Matriculation on first come, first serve basis, with a limited number of
seats available. Students get admission on merit based on their previous academic record, performance in admission test
and interview. The Admission Criterion of KIPS Schools:

Misconduct with any teacher or student will be culpable.

Student will not take part in any anti-social, anti-state, anti-institute, subversive or immoral activity.

While being at campus, wearing School uniform is mandatory.

Use of mobile phone or any similar gadget is strictly prohibited at campus premises. Administration has the right to confiscate cell phone and alike gadgets on campus.

Wearing jewelry is strictly prohibited within the campus premises during regular school days.

In case of any loss or damage occurred by any student to the property of institution, intentionally or unintentionally, compensation shall be paid by defaulter(s) as decided by the authorities.

  • Institution will not, in any case be responsible for any material loss suffered by a student.
  • Student will abide by the curriculum schedule by ensuring his / her presence in all classes/activities/tests.

Concession/Scholarship granted shall be continued only if the student maintains:

  • Minimum 90% attendance (monthly) throughout the session.
  • Minimum 80% marks in all exams.
  • Disciplined and do not indulge in any misconduct or any illegal act.

In case of failure of above-mentioned clauses, School Management has all the rights to cancel the scholarship and recover the subject amount with regular dues from the student.

The administration has the right to retain/stop examination Roll No. slip of matric
students if a student’s:

  • Attendance is below 70%
  • Dues are not clear
  • Send up exam is not passed
  • Found violating any rule/regulation

Student will strictly abide by the rules and regulations imposed by the administration
as per the need of time.

The administration shall have the right to take any disciplinary, administrative and legal action against a defaulting student committing breach of any of the school rules, regulations, policies, or guidelines. Adherence, to the decision by school management shall be mandatory and unchallengeable.

Fee Concession Policy

For students admitted under the kinship category, the maximum concession allowed is as follows:

  • Security Fee: 50% waiver
  • Admission Fee: No concession applicable
  • Tuition Fee: 10% concession

For students seeking admission on the basis of KIPS alumni status, the maximum concession applicable is:

  • Security Fee: 50% waiver
  • Admission Fee: No concession applicable
  • Tuition Fee: 10% concession

This concession policy applies to the children of all uniformed serving or retired police officials stationed in Lahore, as well as to the wards of shuhada for the current academic year. The following concessions are admissible:

  • Shaheed Children:
    • Security Fee: 100% waiver
    • Admission Fee: 100% waiver
    • Tuition Fee: 100% waiver
  • Children of Deceased Officials (in-service death):
    • Security Fee: No concession
    • Admission Fee: 50% concession
    • Tuition Fee: 50% concession
  • Children of Serving Officials:
    • Security Fee: No concession
    • Admission Fee: 50% concession
    • Tuition Fee: 50% concession

Important Notes:

  • Tuition fee concessions apply only on the amount exceeding the base fee of Rs. 2000.
  • Applications must be routed through the concerned police or government department and submitted to the respective campus manager or principal. Direct applications from parents or students will not be entertained.
  • Admission is subject to the availability of seats.
  • The concession will be granted only if the student secures at least 70% marks in the admission test.
  • Only one child from a police official’s family is eligible for concession at a time.
  • Continuation of concession in the subsequent academic term requires the student to maintain at least 70% marks in the final term examination; otherwise, the concession will not be extended to the next class.

This concession applies exclusively to staff members of the School Directorate (SD) and KIPS School campuses. The benefits are as follows:

  • Security Fee: 100% waiver
  • Admission Fee: 50% concession
  • Tuition Fee: 100% waiver (with a minimum payable amount of Rs. 2000)

Important Notes:

  • The minimum payable tuition fee of Rs. 2000 is mandatory and becomes applicable immediately after the induction of new staff or faculty.
  • Children of custodians are admitted only after a formal interview with both parents, assessing the child’s educational readiness and overall grooming.
  • Staff and faculty of KIPS School campuses are fully exempted from LIM (Leader in Me) charges and AC charges.

This concession is applicable to employees working in KIPS Colleges, Academies, and Head Office (other than SD). The benefits are structured as follows:

  • Security Fee: 50% waiver
  • Admission Fee: No concession
  • Tuition Fee:
    • 25% concession for the first child
    • 20% concession for the second child
    • 15% concession for the third child

Important Notes:

  • The employee must have a minimum service tenure of one year to qualify for these concessions.
  • Children of custodians will be admitted only after an interview with both parents, evaluating the child’s academic potential and personal grooming.

For students admitted through referrals, a base amount of Rs. 2000 is mandatory. The approved concession percentage is applicable only on the amount exceeding the base fee. LIM and AC charges remain payable in all cases, regardless of concession.

Students who do not qualify under any of the defined categories (Cases 1–6) or referral concessions, but are considered for special circumstances at the campus level, may be granted a discretionary concession. Such concessions, approved by Campus Management or the School Directorate (KSD), are applied solely on the tuition fee amount exceeding the Rs. 2000 base fee. These are typically used to retain students or to encourage admissions when and where required.

Residents of PGECHS are eligible for a 15% concession on scheduled tuition fees (excluding the Rs. 2000 base amount). This concession is subject to a quota limit of 30% for PGECHS residents.
Residency proof is mandatory and can be provided through either:

  • A utility bill bearing the beneficiary’s name, or
  • A valid Society Residence membership card.

In the event of government-issued policies or notifications arising from extraordinary or temporary circumstances, KIPS School will implement the prescribed concession structure in full compliance.

While the concession percentage is internally calculated on the fee amount above the base amount of Rs. 2000, the overall concession will be applied strictly in accordance with the set and officially announced SOPs.
