Success Partners

Success Partners (Parents)

Parents play a crucial role as success partners at KIPS School, serving as advocates and supporters throughout their children’s educational journeys. They actively engage with learning by providing encouragement, guidance, and assistance with schoolwork. Open communication with teachers ensures parents are informed about their child’s progress and can proactively address challenges. By setting high expectations and celebrating achievements, parents foster pride and motivation. Their involvement in extracurricular activities exemplifies lifelong learning

Systematic, need-based parent-teacher interactions are a hallmark of KIPS, including Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTCs) for discussing performance and concerns, and regular Parent-Teacher Meetings to share achievements and expectations. Achievement Day celebrates KIPSians’ results without discussion, further strengthening the partnership between parents and the school, ensuring students excel academically and develop into well-rounded individuals
